my performance activities this week

On Tuesday night I played at Wat Opot Children’s Community in Wat Opot to a lovely bunch of kids.  Can the Phnom Penh expat audiences do better?   Probably not cuter, but probably will be more keen to buy drinks.

Thursday 28: Bywater @ Baitong, a kind of open mic, Baitong, #7, St 360, 7.30 – 10.30 pm.   Likely featuring some lost but not forgotten voices behind the week, and some more debutants.

Friday 29: The Lazy Drunks, Sharky (St 130) from 9.30 pm.  I’ll be rocking that wig again….

Please note that due to a wedding the Sunday Sundowner Sessions are not on this week.  But back with a vengeance (and hopefully a PA) next week.

my performance activities this week

Thursday 21: Bywater @ Baitong, a kind of open mic, may contain traces of Sonando, Baitong, #7, St 360, 7.30 – 10.30 pm.  Last week was a great start, hoping to get more great singers and performers behind the mic this week.  Also some new original songs.

Friday 22: Cambodian Space Project at Equinox (St 278), 9.30 pm to late – last show in Phnom Penh for some time!   Western Australia shows next weekend, then Melbourne artistic residency.  After that, Scandinavia and more, before Singapore!

Saturday 23: The Lazy Drunks, Sharky (St 130) from 9.30 pm.  Hoping to have some new repertoire here, too.

Sunday 24: Sunday Sundowner Sessions with Scoddy and guests at Rubies Wine Bar (240 & 19 Sts), 4 pm – 7.30 pm.  Had to miss last Sunday, but I hear it was a blast.   With or without PA for the moment…..
